2025/2026 Season .

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Age Groups are likely to be FILLED up for next season bt existing member clubs,

Your entry will be put on a waiting list and dealt with on a first come first serve basis should spaces for new teams become available

This is the new Club registration form for Derby JFL 2025/26 and only to be used by clubs wanting to join the league who were NOT Members in Season 2024/25

Please note that all new clubs must affiliate to their Local County Football Association before they can be accepted into the competition.

Charges - Team Registration Fee, for Season 2025/26 will be £85.00 per team. All fees will be invoiced and shall be paid before the commencement of fixtures.

All matches will be played on Sunday’s with both morning and afternoon Kick Offs

All kick off times will be allocated by the League. The fixture schedule makes no allowance for managers running more than one team.  

The League advises that each team MUST have a dedicated manager.

The electronic submission of this form confirms that your Club, if elected or accepted into membership do hereby agree to conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Competition and to accept, abide by and implement the decisions of the Management Committee.

Clubs must be affiliated with their County FA prior to the start of the season.

All new teams entering the Competition for the first time must have a unique name within their club. It is not acceptable to have e.g Red Sox at more than one age group. The team name is the suffix and each team must have one e.g Barchester Rovers Crunchers (Crunchers being the suffix).
