This is the new Club registration form for Derby JFL 2017/18 and only to be used by clubs wanting to join the league for the first time or that weren't in the League last season.

Existing clubs must register via the registration system.

CHARGES

Team Registration Fee, Under 9 - 12 inc.  £80.00 per team
Team Registration Fee, Under 7 - 8 inc.     £60.00 per team
New Club Fixture Guarantee Deposit.         £100 per club
New Club Entry Fee.                                           £10 per club 

All charges will be invoiced and shall be paid before the commencement of fixtures.

Teams may enter to play in either the Saturday or Sunday Competition or both.  NB. Saturday football will only be available at age groups where there are sufficient entries.

Saturday matches will be played in the morning (maximum two kick off times) and Sunday matches morning and afternoon.  All kick off times will be allocated by the League.  The fixture schedule makes no allowance for managers running more than one team.  The League advises each team to have a dedicated manager.

This form can only be submitted once.  if you wish to remove or add teams you will need to email the League Secretary with your request.

The electronic submission of this form confirms that your Club, if elected or accepted into membership do hereby agree to conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Competition and to accept, abide by and implement the decisions of the Management Committee.

 

All new teams entering the Competition for the first time must have a unique name within their club.  It is no longer acceptable to have e.g Red Sox at more than one age group.   The team name is the suffix and each team must have one e.g Barchester Rovers Crunchers  (Crunchers being the suffix).
